In-Person Hatha Yoga

Stretch out and ease those postnatal aches associated with feeding and carrying baby. Reactivate core and pelvic floor muscles and improve your posture. Interact with baby with singing, massage and sensory. Take some time out to just be and bond with your baby and meet other new parents. Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 14 weeks post caesarean birth.
