These online classes are a taster of what to expect from my pregnancy yoga course Pregnancy yoga helps to ease aches, improve posture, activate pelvic floor muscles, create space and help you to be in tune with your body and your baby. Meditation to help bring focus and give you tools to calm your mind, relaxation to aid sleep and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed and breathing techniques that are helpful during pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond.
