In-Person Hatha Yoga

This relaxed class is a safe space to ease out any postnatal aches, improve posture, activate core and pelvic floor muscles, massage, sing, move and bond with your baby and meet other new mums and babies . You can feed and change baby as and when you need to in this friendly welcoming class.
