In-Person Hatha Yoga

This seasonal class is all about balance and connection. During this 2 hr class we will be embracing the season of Autumn as we find time to pause where the light and darkness comes into balance. The first hour will be about connection and finding balance. The second half will be about releasing and letting go. Mindful movement, supported postures, breathwork, yoga nidra, reflection and refreshments All equipment provided. Wear layers (something in autumnal colours if you have it.
