About
I attended my first yoga class in 1997 and it lit a spark within me that I have carried with me ever since.
I continued attending various classes including pregnancy and Mum and baby Yoga.
I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2018 because I wanted to share my knowledge and passion and make yoga accessible to as many people as possible.
Modern life is so busy that we rarely take time to slow down, pause and just be.
My classes offer a holistic approach incorporating Asana (physical practice) Pranayama (breath work) meditation and relaxation.
I am forever a student myself and love to deepen my knowledge and share what I have learned in my classes and for this reason my classes are an amalgamation of all of the wisdom passed on from my teachers.

I really recommend Lucy's restorative yoga class which I have done in a hall as well as at home on Zoom. If you need to de-stress and relax this class is what you need. I have used some of the techniques when I have had trouble sleeping and have always had a fantastic nights sleep afterwards. If you are ever stressed out or have trouble arranging some 'me time' then this is definitely for you.

Last night I did my first restorative class with Lucy (via Zoom), I have to say I have not felt that relaxed in a very long time! Hatha Yoga
My Hatha Yoga Classes are suitable from beginners to more experienced students.
Our bodies are all different and come with their own back story. For this reason I offer alternatives and modifications to personalise your practice and make the postures accessible.
Incorporating yoga postures to tone and strengthen the body, breathing techniques to energise, meditation to bring focus and relaxation to calm your body and mind.

Pyjama Club
This Restorative class is all about relaxation.
Long holds in supported postures with slow, gentle movement and calming breathing techniques.
Ideal if you are feeling anxious or stressed or having trouble sleeping or just for a bit of you time.
Expect to feel refreshed and rejuvenated after this class.

Mum and Baby Yoga
These classes are a great way to bond with your baby in a supportive and friendly environment.
Blending yoga specifically for the postnatal body, relaxation, baby massage and interaction.
Get to know other mum's and babies and make precious memories.

Bespoke 1-2-1 Yoga sessions
An hour of yoga tailored specifically for your needs.
These sessions are great if you don't feel confident enough to attend a class or if you have a specific need.
They can be one offs or regular.
In your home or a studio.
These sessions can be for 1 or a small group (price varies)
Complimentary consultation call to discuss your expectations so that I can best tailor the session for you.
Focus can be on relaxation/restorative yoga, posture, breath work, meditation, flexibility and more

Birth Prep 121
These classes are designed to help prepare you for birth, incorporating breathing techniques, movements and positions to aid birth and relaxation. Either just for you or with your birth partner so that they can remind you and learn breathing, relaxation and massage techniques to support you.
These sessions are best in the third trimester but you can book pregnancy 121's anytime from 12 weeks to full term.
Personalised New Mum 121
Those early days post birth can be exhausting. Sometimes so much focus is on baby that as a new mum you can feel forgotten.
Let me hold space for you, nurture you and help you with your recovery from birth, ease you back into gentle movement and teach you yoga practices that will restore and relax you so that you can feel confident and supported and free to focus on those precious moments with your little one.
Baby can also be present for these sessions with movements you can do together and baby massage.
